All-Decade Teams

As part of our efforts to celebrate the rich history of Williams baseball, the Diamond Club asked several groups of baseball alumni to select All-Decade teams.  In order to make the selections fair and objective, we used as many relevant statistics as possible – including (from the pre-internet era) stats filed annually with the NCAA as well as statistics culled from scorebooks and other primary source material.

As a general rule, nearly every All-Decade selection was a three-year starter in the field (if a position player) or a three-year member of starting rotation (as a pitcher) with over 100 total innings pitched.  In some cases, four-year statistics were not available for every player, so the number of years is indicated for each player.
